Prospective authors are invited to submit original full papers without author’s names and affiliations, in English, of not more than four (4) pages in standard IEEE two-column format only, reporting their original work and results, applications, and/or implementation in one or more of the listed topics. Papers must be submitted only by internet through the conference website (http://www.ecticon2012.org/submission/ ).

At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present paper in the conference in order for the paper to be included in the program.  The program will be available through IEEE Xplore.
